Resource Book: Migration in the Greater Mekong Sub-region In-depth Study: Arrest, Detention and Deportation 

 

Many migrants in the GMS live in a constant fear for a possible arrest, detention and deportation, making a severe impact on their mental and physical well being. In 2006, the MMN collaborative research focused on the issues related to arrest, detention and deportation in the GMS. The Resource Book also includes update on migration policies and general migration overview in the respective countries in the GMS.
